I mean, that's no rush for picking the antagonist, it's just how JoJolion is and how it's structured, it's not s typical bipolar Protagonist-Antagonist story, as there are three forces in the part and all of them antagonistic towards one another, both Jobin and Akefu fill the role of main antagonists, becuase of who they are for Josuke and what their goals are.

You're right, and in stories like this where character alignments and motivations arent clear cut, it's important that we just see how the story plays out.
Aren't they clear? I thought Josuke, Jobin and Akefu's alignments and motivations were established for a while. Josuke wants to make his name and save Holly. Jobin wants power, to save Tsurugi and ensure his family's wealth and Akefu wants to use the Rokakaka as a medicine. Josuke had his Joestar group, Jobin was pretty much on his own with Tsurugi and Akefu ihad the Rokakaka organization. We had an exposition of that in Chapter 92 for both Josuke and Akefu. I just think we're that far into the part, there's nothing that can flip the tables around that much, because even if Jobin teams up with Josuke for the finale, he still was the main antagonistic force in the part for a very long time. But hey, you're the boss here, I don't mind, it was more of a suggestion.
I get where you're coming from and I dont necessarily disagree with you, but theres been several dozen incidents in the past where someone argued something was "super obvious" and it ultimately wasnt the case and we had to backpedal on information. It really is just better to wait on these type of things.
