Joshu Higashikata
Joushuu Higashikata is a character from Part VIII: Jojolion.
Synopsis
Joushuu Higashikata is a childhood friend of Yasuho Hirose. When Yasuho rescues the mysterious naked sailor from under the rubble at the Wall Eyes, he immediately misunderstands the situation and tries to attack the man with a rock out of jealousy. He's quickly taken out by the man, who uses his stand ability to "vanish" Joushuu's eyes.[2]
He is later seen at the hospital, having received the same bite marks on his leg that the sailor had, implying that he too had received a stand ability.[3]
It is discovered that he's part of the rich Higashikata family that stemmed from Norisuke Higashikata, a horse racer from the Steel Ball Run. He does not have much respect for the protagonist, however, and has shown restraint against his father, only yielding to his father's wishes when bribed with money.[4]
He frequently argues with the Protagonist despite his father desiring otherwise and despite his hatred for the Protagonist (who, since they met, has apparently taken his "girlfriend" and his father, in his mind), he respects his father and calms himself down, prevent a fight between the two over things such as a shirt.

- Ironically, as noted by Yasuho, Joushuu applied for the Sociology department in his college, despite his complete lack of social skills whatsoever.[3]
