Gray Fly is a minor, fictional character appearing in the Japanese manga JoJo's Bizarre Adventure, by Hirohiko Araki. He is portrayed as an enemy of the protagonists.
Story
Gray Fly is one of the first enemies the protagonist encounter. He appears as an old man with horseshoe hairstyle, and an imprint of a stag beetle on his tongue. He wields the stand Tower of Gray.
He first appears on a plane en route to Bankok, he wakes up as the protagonists and passengers are being attacked by an enemy stand. He leaves his seat with the supposed intention of using the bathroom but is swiftly knocked out by Kakyoin.
Stand
Gray Fly wields the stand Tower of Gray, a remote stand with the appearance of a stag beetle, its defining feature is its long stinger, called Gray Stinger, which protrudes from its mouth. It is capable of flying at speeds high enough that even Star Platinum has trouble attacking it. Tower of Grays main mode of attack is to use its Gray Stinger and speed to tear out the tongue of an opponent.
Tower of Gray specializes in making attacks look like accidents, Abdul comments that it is responsible for many arsons, plane and train crashes, and most recently an accident in England that caused 300 casualties.
