About
Daiya Higashikata is the second daughter and youngest child. She is a big fan of progressive rock, especially the band "Yes".At his first encounter with Josuke, she questions him if he likes the Misty Mellotron, an electronic instrument. When Norisuke asks Josuke to look after her, she refuses to be treated in a special way for being blind, saying that he should act natural.
Appearance/Personality
Despite her blindness, she is self assured and self-reliant. She refuses to be treated special for others. She has an odd fashion style, wearing a bear-like hood. She appears to share some design traits, such as her hair, with Bruno Buccellati.

It was revealed that Daiya has a Stand Ability named California King Bed-chan .

- Daiya is a polish name that means Present. In Japanese, it means Diamond, keeping with the "card" naming theme of the Higashikata girls.
