THEThe Hustle grants Paco expert control over musculature, enabling him to strengthen himself, and hold objects using the muscles anywhere on his body.

THEThe Hustle manifests as an integrated ability for Paco, typically appearing as his muscles bulging out or vibrating.

THEThe Hustle morphs Paco's muscles to bulge and be able to grab onto things, such as with the backs of his hands or his elbows. He can easily swipe objects such as wallets without even needing to move the joints in his fingers. [[Jodio Joestar|Jodio]] describes Paco's muscles as being similar to when people tense up their muscles to trap mosquitoes sucking blood.<ref name="TJL1">{{Ch|TJL Chapter 1}}</ref> For example, he is capable of trapping his enemy's limbs<ref name="TJL4">{{Ch|TJL Chapter 4}}</ref> or weapons<ref name="TJL10">{{Ch|TJL Chapter 10}}</ref> in his muscles.

The precise control THEThe Hustle gives Paco over his musculature allows him to vibrate his muscles independently. He is first seen demonstrating this ability when trapped by [[Cat Size]]'s wires, as he uses a scissor blade that he manages to wedge between the wire and his ankle and vibrates his muscles to saw through it.<ref name="TJL4" /> The vibration also appears to increase his physical strength, as he announces "Do the HUSTLE" before he begins to vibrate his muscles in the fight against [[Charming Man]].<ref name="TJL10" />

Paco can also transfer this muscular vibration onto other people through physical contact, either directly with the target or with an object held by the target. He can use it to protect his allies by controlling their muscles to bulge, such as when he lightly punches Jodio's back to bulge his neck muscles and prevent a deep knife wound. THEThe Hustle can also cause its target's muscles to begin to unnaturally convulse and expand, immobilizing the affected area. This is demonstrated in the fight with Charming Man, where Paco grabs onto the blade of Charming Man's knife with the back of his forearm before he punches his own arm, sending the muscle vibrations through the knife's blade and through Charming Man's hand and forearm.<ref name="TJL10" />
