Kira was born on January 30, 1966, in [[Morioh]] Town within Japan's M Prefecture in the city of S. Kira lived an eventful childhood, making sure that he would never be noticed by having mediocre grades. In any competition he participated in, Kira also was never ranked above 3rd place.
