[[Weather Report\|Weather]] and [[Narciso Anasui\|Anasui]] witness the catastrophe, and Anasui, sure that Weather is somehow responsible, demands answers. However, Weather suddenly asks Anasui to kill him, saying ~~it's~~the ability is happening unconsciously and the way to stop it is to kill him.
