The snail outbreak has begun to spread all over Orlando. [[Weather Report|Weather]] and [[Narciso Anasui|Anasui]] witness the catastrophe, and Anasui, sure that Weather is somehow responsible, demands answers. However, Weather suddenly asks Anasui to kill him, saying the ability is happening unconsciously and the way to stop it is to kill him. Anasui yells at Weather to give [[Jolyne Cujoh|Jolyne]]'s location, but Weather announces that he will settleafter he settles his score with [[Enrico Pucci|Pucci]],. sayingWeather says that the priestPucci is now near them., but Althoughalthough [[Diver Down]] and [[Weather Report (Stand)|Weather Report scan]] scan the surroundings, Pucci is nowhere to be seenfound. Anasui and Weather then see a suspicious empty car and approach it. Suddenly, Weather's right leg is cut off, and Pucci emerges from a nearby mass of snails, somehow immune to [[Heavy Weather]]. When Anasui tries to rush toward Pucci to attack him, several snails lunge toward him, infecting him as well.
