I just mapped it out and If VIZ continues at their current release schedule and format (Once every 3 months and 2-in-one volumes) they will be caught up to the most recent volume of JoJolion (24) by November 2030. (It might be different because of Japanese volumes with overlapping parts, odd-numbered volumes, SBR and JoJolion having smaller chapter counts in the Japanese volumes) But this is the conclusion I've come to if VIZ continues the same way they've been doing it.
