Mountain Tim is a character in Steel Ball Run, the 7th installment of Jojo's Bizarre Adventure.
About
Tim is a professional cowboy from Wyoming and a competitor in the Steel Ball Run race (ranking 4th at the First Stage); he has made a name for himself as a bounty hunter, getting an assistant's position from the sheriff when a gruesome murder occurs alongside the race's happenings. After the Boomboom Family framed Johnny of the crime, Tim suspected him and pursued him and Gyro, but soon realized that he had been led into a trap.
When Mountain Tim show up later he saves Lucy from otherwise impossible situation and shows affection towards her upon first meeting her, and expresses disappointment at her being married. He grows affectionate enough to later save her from certain danger and lose his own life when she was pursued by Blackmore. The confrontation was small one but heated one sadly Blackmore had the advantage as it was raining and his stand is power be rain.

- He is likely the SBR counterpart of Speedwagon; they have similar hairstyles and Tim later receives the same prominent scar across the face as the one Speedwagon has.
- Horses seem to have a great deal of respect for his presence, bowing their heads when he approaches.
- Apparently he annually travels 4000 km through the pastures with 3000 cattle.
