Bigmouth Strikes Again
This currently unnamed Stand, belonging to the alleged owner of the Lava Rock, is featured in the ninth part of the JoJo's Bizarre Adventure series, The JOJOLands.
It manifests as fragments of sand that disguises its user and can trick his opponents into perceiving things differently.
Appearance
The Stand appears as rock fragments with different colors. It floats around its user's face and upper torso and has a texture that feels like real, coarse sand. The user's skin feels the same way.[1]
Abilities
Perception Manipulation
Assumed by Paco, the Stand is capable of altering the perceptions of its opponents. Its sand fragments can gather together to trick the opponent into not knowing where the user really is. This allows the user to camouflage with his surroundings, making his body appear transparent. For example, the user uses this ability to disperse his sand fragments and making it look as if his arm fused with faraway clouds in the sky kilometers behind him, messing with Paco's depth perception as to how far away he really is.
The Stand can also create illusions using its sand fragments. Dragona sees a watch being placed onto a dirty napkin, which is then grabbed by a bird that flies toward Dragona. In reality, the watch had stayed on a woman's hand for the whole time, and the "bird" flying toward Dragona was the user disguised with his environment. As if he shapeshifted, this allows its user to perfectly impersonate someone else using another layer of skin, which he initially uses to pretend to be Paco. It's possible for him to hide objects under the disguised skin, such as a knife. When the disguise is no longer needed, the skin sheds off, crumbling back into sand fragments.[1]

Trivia
- Hirohiko Araki appeared on the December 24th, 2023 episode of the NHK program Sunday Art Museum (日曜美術館) to showcase art of the Stand from the most recent chapter at the time. Araki described the Stand's ability as allowing its user to "transform into the sky", and that he was a bit influenced by the Cubism style but it wasn't intentional. He also stated that it's difficult to draw the user blending in with the clouds.[2]
