Aya Tsuji is a character featured in Part IV: Diamond is Unbreakable. She is the manager and aesthetician running the Cinderella beauty salon.

Personality

Nothing much is known about Aya Tsuji except that she owns and runs a beauty salon in Morioh; she has many qualifications to show of her profession. She is not a villian but more on the neutral side in the story. At heart she is a romantic and she claims to act just like the fairy godmother in "Cinderella" - she seems to be a good businesswoman who at the same time really wants to help people to find love (eg.Yukako Yamagishi). It is shown that she harbors dislike towards those who force her to use her stand's abilities for their own purposes, as shown in her last words to Koichi.
