Daiya Higashikata is a minor character of Part VIII: Jojolion.She is part of Higashikata Family.
About
Daiya Higashikata is the second daughter and youngest child. She is a big fan of progressive rock, especially the band "Yes".At his first encounter with Josuke, she questions him if he likes the Misty Mellotron, an electronic instrument. When Norisuke asks Josuke to look after her, she refuses to be treated in a special way for being blind, saying that he should act natural.
She uses her stand on the Josuke in order to take advantage of him via seduction and almost succeeds until she finds herself standing on his shadow (which reverses the memory taking abilities of her stand).
Despite her mischief, Josuke uses her to go into the secret room that Yasuho Hirose was banned from only to come across a book of the family tree which connects him with the Yoshikage Kira of that household.
Appearance/Personality
Despite her blindness, she is self assured and self-reliant. She refuses to be treated special for others. She has an odd fashion style, wearing a bear-like hood. She appears to share some design traits, such as her hair, with Bruno Buccellati.

It was revealed that Daiya has a Stand Ability named California King Bed.
