Summary

Jonathan tries to send a Ripple through Bruford's hair but it is no use. Bruford is draining Jonathan's blood with his hair and thus Jonathan cannot use the Ripple. Tarukus then draws a mighty sword bigger than Jonathan’s body! Dio then starts to explain the backstory of Tarukus and Bruford…

In 1595, two potential queens fought for the throne of England. One was Elizabeth the first the other was Mary Stuart both queens being of the Tudor dynasty. Tarukus and Bruford served under Mary. Tarukus was a knight of strength who was famous for his large sword. Bruford however surprised his enemies by swimming through a lake while wearing his armor. Both had an upbringing as knights with no families who trained their bodies to perfection. Eventually though Mary took them both in to her protection and they both swore their allegiances to her. Tragedy then befell Mary though as her husband Darnley Stuart died somehow and Elizabeth then blamed Mary for killing her husband. The nobles then revolted against Mary and she eventually became imprisoned in a tower.

Elizabeth then struck a deal with Tarukus and Bruford that if they surrendered their army Elizabeth would spare Marys life. They agree and just before there deaths their executioner tells them that Mary was not in the tower at all it was a body double and the real Mary is dead. Tarukus and Bruford then lost their lives. In the present day though, Dio has turned them into vengeance demons to serve him for his own sinister goals. Having his arm trapped by Bruford's hair Jonathan then gathers Ripple energy in his left hand punching his right arm with it thus using the scarlet overdrive. In addition, because of the scarlet overdrive, Bruford's hair disintegrates off Jonathan's arm.
