Chapter 26
Summary
After dispelling Dio's power by blocking his attack Jonathan and Zeppeli decide to strike Dio with two Ripples at the same time. However, this plan backfires as Dio's freezing technique splits the veins on Jonathan's hand open. Thinking fast Zeppeli tries to divert Dio's attention to him so Jonathan can get away, he tries to kick Dio but Dio simply freezes his leg and throws the both of them off the rock.
Dio then proceeds to mock their power as the earth starts rumbling around all of them. Dio then summons Tarkus and Bruford and they rise from the earth to attack Jonathan. Zeppeli curses himself for getting his arm frozen and he thinks that Jonathan will not be able to take on both of the dark knights. Speedwagon then says that he and Zeppeli should thaw Zeppeli's arm.
Meanwhile Jonathan tries to Zoom punch Bruford but Bruford's hair seems to catch the arm and begin to suck out its blood it is then that Tarkus tries to crush Jonathan with his hand!
Speedwagon then executes his plan to thaw Zeppeli's arm with his body heat putting the arm on his chest under his coat. However Jonathan is still facing down the black nights.
