Wekapipo is a fictional character from the Japanese manga JoJo's Bizarre Adventure. The character startd out as an enemy of the protagonist.

Story

Wekapipo was once a soldier from Italy, his family use the Steel Balls much like Gyro Zeppeli's but they had different effect on people.

He enters the story sporting a moustache, which he later shaves off (Chapter 60).
