The Lovers (1) is the one-hundred-sixtieth chapter of the JoJo's Bizarre Adventure manga. It is also the forty-seventh chapter of Part III: Stardust Crusaders.
Summary
The Joestar Group finds out the whole town they were residing was made of illusions by Justice, every resident in there being corpses. Afraid Enya Gail might follow then if left there, the group decides to bring her with then until they can find a TV and use Hermit Purple to read her mind. This way, they will have the advantage by stealing information about Dio Brando and his remaining mercenaries from her. Hol Horse suggests that they should just kill her instead and steals their jeep. The group arrives at Karachi, in Pakistan, so Joseph Joestar decides to eat something. He bargains with a local merchant until lowering his price for Shishi Kebab, unaware that the merchant tricked Joseph, because the original price was much lower than Joseph bought the food. The unconcious Enya wakes up and seens shocked to see the merchant, asking if Dio sent him to kill her. He reveals that Dio doesn't trust anyone, not even her, so its his job to kill all of them. It is revealed Enya also had a bud spore on her, which grows tentacles and start to rip her face off while the merchant presents himself as Steely Dan. Jean Pierre Polnareff asks what wrong with Steely Dan, as Enya is on his side after all.
