[[Narancia Ghirga|Narancia]] immediately alerts his group that there's an enemy in the soup, and shoots it with [[Aerosmith]]. The shark teleports into Narancia's spoon and bites his tongue off, silencing him. Narancia can see the shark teleport between various water bodies but before he can do anything, he suffocates, catching everyone's attention. [[Giorno Giovanna|Giorno]] is able to save him by performing a tracheotomy with a pen. He then proceeds to give him a new tongue with one of his ladybug brooch.
The scene is observed from afar by [[Tiziano]] and [[Squalo]], members of [[Passione]], and Squalo tells the former that his shark-like [[Stand]] [[Clash]] successfully planted Tiziano's [[Talking Head]] into Narancia's mouth.
