The body the [[Joestar Group|Joestar group]] found is holding a gun that recently fired, butgun. itJudging doesn't look like he commited suicide by the lack of bullet wounds on the corpse. Byfrom his shocked expression, he had died screaming and screaming, shooting at something. [[Noriaki Kakyoin|Kakyoin]] asks a woman with infected boils on her face to call the police, but, while she agrees, she doesn't seem to care even though agreeing to do so. [[Kakyoin]] is horrified aboutby the crowd's lack of reaction ofto the people when a dead body is in the middle of the road. [[Jotaro Kujo|Jotaro]] and [[Joseph Joestar|Joseph]] suspect it to be athe work of a [[standStand]]  user, but wonder why hethey would kill aan innocent man. Polnareff notices one cloud has the form of a skull wearing a crown, and its revealed the fog is the representant of the ''[[Justice]] ''Tarot card. Looking at the corpse, Joseph finds out he's a traveler like them that arrived in the town earlier and decides to look find out the cause of death. When stripping his clothes, the group finds out he has numerous deep and circular wounds around his body, but there's no sign of blood. Scared, Joseph jumps on the jeep to get away from there, but almost kills himself after seeing the jeep suddently turns into spikes while the actual jeep is somewhere else. [[Enya Gail]] approaches the group and offers a room in her hotel.
