Speedwagon Foundation: Difference between revisions

''OVER HEAVEN'' is presented as the result of an in-universe restoration of [[DIO's DiaryNotebook]] conducted by the Foundation, in hopes of discovering a way to free [[Jotaro Kujo]] from his comatose state following the theft of his [[DISC]]s. In a foreword, a translator from the Speedwagon Foundation discloses that the book's restoration was conducted by [[Josuke Higashikata]]. Most of the proper nouns throughout the book were encoded, but the translator was able to decipher them by comparing them to the facts surrounding DIO's life. The translator is unable to fully understand DIO's idiosyncrasies and theories, however, and so decides to translate them literally and leave their interpretation to the reader.
