==Summary==
The chapter opens with a brief summary of the town of [[WindknightsWindknight's Lot]] Lot, and showsrevealing that [[Dio Brando|Dio]] has taken refuge in a mansion there.; Hehe has recoveredmanaged to recover from most of his burn wounds at this time by feastingfeeding on haplessthe younglife force of the unfortunate women inof secret,the withtown. As he gives a woman's corpse to [[Jack the Ripper]], assistingnow him.a Thenloyal servant, Dio explains his position at the top of the food chain and his plans to eventually rule all of humanity. As [[Wang Chan]] walks in with the scar [[Jonathan Joestar|Jonathan]] made on his face, and Dio's attention turns to the scar and its cause.
 
Elsewhere, Jonathan, [[Will Anthonio Zeppeli|Zeppeli]], and [[Robert E. O. Speedwagon|Speedwagon]] are taking a [[List of Vehicles#Windknight.27s Lot Carriage|horse drawn -carriage]] to Windknights,Windknight's Lot. basedBased on street knowledge from Speedwagon that Wang Chan retreated there. From this, the trio had concluded that Dio residesis currently residing in Windknightsthe town. Zeppeli laments that even though he let Wang Chan escape so they could learn Dio's whereabouts, Dio now most likely knows of the [[Ripple]] fromand Wangits Chanuse. Zeppeli then asks Speedwagon for a corkscrew to open his wine bottle of wine.

Speedwagon, undaunted, leaveson the carriage anywaysdriver. He quickly discovers why they had stopped. All ofthat the horses hadhave been killed,decapitated and theirthe headsdriver removed.killed, Onehis ofcorpse theirtopped headswith hasone been shoved ontoof the driverhorses's headheads. Jonathan and Speedwagon standstare in awe of thishorror, as it seems that Jack had somehow createdmanaged thisto atrocitydo this while the wagon was moving. Zeppeli, unfazed, pokes a clean hole in the bottom of thehis wine bottle hewith hashis withfinger. himAs andhe poursreminds athe glassother oftwo wine,to proclaimingstand thatback, hedeciding willto fight Jack the Ripper[[zombie]] by himself, asJack the killerRipper emergesjumps fromout of the horse's bodycorpse.
