The shark instantly teleports into Narancia's spoon to dodge the attack and bites his tongue off, silencing him. Narancia can see the shark teleport between various water bodies, but before he can do anything, he suffocates. This catches everyone's attention, and [[Giorno Giovanna\|Giorno]] is able to save him by performing a tracheotomy with a pen. He then proceeds to give him a new tongue with one of his ladybug brooch. The scene is observed from afar by [[~~Tiziano~~Tizzano]] and [[Squalo]], members of [[Passione]], and Squalo tells the former that his shark-like [[Stand]] [[Clash]] successfully planted ~~Tiziano~~Tizzano's [[Talking Head]] into Narancia's mouth. The group, now aware of an attack but knowing nothing beyond that wonders what to do.
