[[Melone]] tells [[Baby Face]] to remain unnoticed by the rest of the [[Team Bucciarati|squad]], not wanting it to be tailed back to him. [[Giorno Giovanna|Giorno]] notices that [[Bruno Bucciarati|Bucciarati]] and [[Trish Una|Trish]] have disappeared from the [[Coco Jumbo|turtle]], and sends [[Gold Experience]] into the room. Before he can alert his squad, Baby Face cuts a cube out of Gold Experience's throat, wounding Giorno as well.

Unable to talk or breathe, Giorno attacks Baby Face but gets pieces of his right foot and his right eye pulled out as well, forcing him to crawl. Giorno takes the {{MI|Mr.President's Key|key}} out of the turtle so that the pieces of flesh which Baby Face hasn't absorbed force the Stand out of the turtle. Seeing Baby Face transform into a rock, Giorno is able to deduce its powers.
