Mikitaka Hazekura is a minor protagonist who appears in Part IV: Diamond is Unbreakable. Mikitaka's Earth Wind and Fire reference is most likely the song "Jupiter" by the same group. Mikitaka's last portion of his name (taka) means "Eagle" in Japanese, and an eagle is a common symbol to depict the planet Jupiter.

About

An enigmatic character who produces more questions than answers. Josuke Higashikata and Okuyasu Nijimura discover Mikitaka unconscious in the middle of a crop circle in a field while going to the ice cream shop.

Eventually, Josuke uses Mikitaka's ability to change his shape to cheat at a dice game against Rohan Kishibe to win money for the rest of the summer.

Mikitaka exhibits traits similar to that of an Indigo Child or Star Seed, which is a new age phenomenon.

Stand

Mikitaka, though shot with an arrow, did not acquire a stand ability. This was proven when Crazy Diamond attempts to punch him, and Mikitaka cannot see it happen.

Typically Stand users can recognize who has stands by the simple ability that they can see each others' stands.

Mikitaka's abilities were unique to him, and have nothing to do with a stand ability, but were rather already acquired before he encounted Yoshihiro Kira, Josuke, and Okuyasu.
