Josuke Higashikata and Okuyasu Nijimura discover Mikitaka in a crop circle in a field after finding that the ice cream shop was closed.

Eventually, Josuke uses Mikitaka's ability to change his shape to cheat at a dice game against Rohan Kishibe to win money for the rest of the summer.

Whether Mikitaka is indeed an alien or if he's just deluded because of the arrow or his newly-acquired stand power is unknown.
