Väinö Peltola (ヴァイノ・ペルトラ, Vuaino Perutōra) is a primary ally featured in the JoJo's Bizarre Adventure Fanfiction, Eagle Taking The Book.

Väinö is an A-Gent working under the orders of Urho Kekkonen, along with Jori Joestar and Tuula Mieto. Väinö is a very strongwilled and loyal A-Gent strictly loyal to his country.

Väinö is a Stand user possessing North Karelia, which allows him to generate Volkswagen Beetles directed towards North Karelia.

Appearance

Väinö is a muscular and imposing man of tall height. He has his hair styled in a wide and messy flattop with one prominent bang sticking out.

Väinö wears a hot pink camouflage uniform with a codpiece. He notably has a belt across his waist with the buckle resembling the Finnish Flag.

Personality

Väinö is a strictly loyal and determined A-Gent enamored with concept of sisu and ideology battles.

Väinö is a very headstrong man who prefers to live in the moment rather than to think about the past, due to his father's untimely death during his teenage years. The death of his father drove Väinö to the belief that happiness should not be taken for granted, as it can all vanish far too soon. His belief in enjoying the moment lead him to hide his own body after sustaining fatal injuries from Boris Bekhterev to avoid distressing Jori and Tuula.

Väinö has a very strong conscience, caring for dogs and children. Though, Väinö is also the most patriotic of his allies, unwavering to attack any threat to the country of Finland. Väinö is the most loyal and trusting A-gent of Urho Kekkonen, feeling betrayed upon hearing Kekkonen's remarks about his appearance.
