Lucy Steel is a key character featured in Part VII: Steel Ball Run.
About
Lucy is the 14 year old wife of the presenter of the Steel Ball Run race, Stephen Steel.
She first met Stephen Steel, on the streets, where he is broke and drunk, listening to him mumbling about his plan of Steel Ball Run.
Early Years
Lucy lives in a family of 6 siblings and was the second eldest of the bunch. Her father was a farmer who owns a small land in Oklahoma. Lucy's mother died when she was only 12, afterwards the family fell into misfortune. In order to sustain the farm, Lucy and her family borrowed lots of money from money lenders only to discover the borrowed money were mafia money. With bad weather and deep emotional scars of his wifes death, Lucy's father slowly fell into a mire of debt. The Mafia that the family borrowed money from has a policy of not taking something from a family that has only one possesion, but if they have two or more possesions, they will take either one of them, so in order to pay for the debts, the Mafia will either take the Lucy's father's land or one of his children. Lucy's father made a harsh decesion, he decided to give away Lucy, the second eldest of his children and who is old enough to work, to work for the mafia as a 'servent'. It was that Stephen Steel stepped in, in order to repay the favor he owe to Lucy (who helped him to stand up in the world again) he decided to save Lucy from her horrible fate of working as a prostitute(or even worse) for the mafia. Stephen told Lucy's father to tell the Mafia that Lucy was legally married to Stephan. By doing so he saved Lucy and now Lucy is married to Stephen.
Now
Lucy is now Stphen Steel's wife and was later involved in the race herself.
Lucy was worried for her husband's safety, so decided to work undercover for both Gyro Zeppeli and Johnny Joestar to look for the stolen corpse parts from President Funny Valentine. She did so by disguising as the president's wife with the help of Hot Pants who killed the wife and faked Lucy's death using the wife's corpse. However she was quickly discovered by Funny Valentine when he tried to rape her and thus causing Lucy to blow her cover and attacking the president in self-defence. While running away from the president, she stumbled upon the stolen corpse part which in turn somehow pregnanted her with the corpse's head in her womb.
After she was inpregnanted with the head in her, she later absorbed all the other corpse parts. Afterwards she started to metamorph and change, and apparently gained a stand power or some sort. During this period of time she is mostly unconcious.
