Joushuu Higashikata is a character from Part VIII: Jojolion. He's the first JoJo who can be classified as a villain of the arc.

Story

Joushuu Higashikata is a childhood friend and love interest of Yaruho Hirose. When Yaruho is rescuing the mysterious naked sailor from under the rubble at the Wall Eyes he mistakes it for something else and tries to attack the man with a rock. He's quickly taken out by the man who uses his mysterious ability to "vanish" Joushuu's eyes.

He's later seen at the hospital, having received the same bitemarks on his leg that the sailor had, possibly implying that he too had received a Stand ability.

It's discovered that he's part of the rich Higashikata family (that stemmed from Norisuke Higashikata from Steel Ball Run's financial gain after the race), he seems to not have much respect for the protagonist, however, he has shown restraint against his father.
