Formaggio is an antagonist from Part V: Vento Aureo and a member of La Squadra di Esecuzione.
About
Like most gangs, Formaggio had his own group which consisted of nine members. Two of his members, Sorbei and Cante specialized in assassination and began to pursue the identity of their boss which resulted in Cante's suffocation with a note on his corpse that said "punishment".
Formaggio didn't approve of the murder and questioned Sorbei's location before receiving mail of pieces of Sorbei sectioned into formalin frames.
He's first introduced interrupting Narancia's shopping mission before a fight started, introducing Narancia's stand as well as his own, shrinking Narancia successfully and keeping the effect for a long time before being shot by Aerosmith.

Trivia
- Despite being an antagonist, he seems to show great care for his gang members even pledging to avenge the deaths of Sorbei and Cante.
- The deaths of Sorbei and Cante are likely a reference to Luca Brasi's murder of two enemy mafioso in The Godfather series, in which one is hacked to pieces alive and the other swallows his cloth gag to save himself from a gruesome death.
- He exhibits knowledge of spiders and arachnids during his fight with Narancia.
