Whitesnake
White Snake (ホワイトスネイク) is a stand with the ability to transform aspects of a person, such as memories or their stand (spirit) into stand discs, which can be given to others. The Discs are indestructible, unless inserted into a dying body, in which it begins to disintegrate. White Snake can also produce blank discs, which can be given commands that any victim the DISC is inserted into will follow. The command can even be physically impossible, such as "Blow up after traveling 12 meters." It can also produce a mist that slowly digests objects like stomach acid, and impersonate other people for a limited time using illusions. While dissolving its victims, they are kept distracted in an delusional dream-state. Despite its range (10 meters), it has displayed great strength, such as stabbing Diver Down and Foo Fighters with its bare hands. The discs created by White Snake are physical objects, so they can be carried by anyone and continue to exist despite White Snake's later upgrades/displacements.
The user's name is Enrico Pucci, and its name is based on the band, Whitesnake.
Trivia
- White Snake has "GΔCT" written all over it's body - based off GACT (Guanine, Adenine, Cytosine, Thymine), the four bases that make up DNA i.e. keep it bonded. The delta (Δ) sign that replaces the A, when used to refer to DNA, means that there's a missing genome. It is possible that Araki used it to imply that Pucci's stand wasn't yet "complete".
- It is the only Stand of a main antagonist that does not have a power related to time, though its ultimate form, Stairway to Heaven, manages to achieve such a power.
