The Wall eyes appeared in Morioh the night after the earthquake shook the town. That night a sudden upheaval occurred, causing these unnatural walls to spring from the ground several hundred meters from the coast and around Morioh. These walls stand at an average height of 1-3 meters and a width of 5-8 meters; The "eyes" are located on top of these large protuberances, at 15 meters from the ground. The Walls spam across 10 km intervals, isolating Morioh from the outside. They litter the coastline, all facing towards the sea, "as if waiting in silence to protect against some calamity from the ocean," which is ironic due to the situation in which these walls were created.

Since their creation, the walls have prevented highways, waterways, power lines, and gas line from passing through their boundaries. Despite countless research, researchers claim that the strange structures are possibly due to a fault line, but in the end, are lacking any experience on the matter, and are completely baffled as to where they claim from.

Concerning the nomenclature of the Wall Eyes, the name was originally used by School Children, and has since then stuck with the rest of the townspeople. Fanatical News reports tend to focus on the disturbing nature of these faults, offering no explanation to their origin or meaning.

As of now, the Wall Eyes have exhibited no signs of peculiar phenomenon outside their appearance. However, the protagonist was found surfacing from one.

Given Part 8's connection to Part 4's setting in Morioh, these walls are likely to be a reference to the Pink Floyd album The Wall.
