Steely Dan is an enemy Stand user from Part III: Stardust Crusaders.

Story

He is one of Dio Brando's henchmen, and he confronts Jotaro Kujo and his friends in Pakistan (en route to Egypt, where Dio is). Like many other Stand Users from Part 3, Steely Dan has been ordered by Dio to kill Jotato and company before they can reach Dio in Egypt. Upon seen him Jotaro punches him in the faces at which point Steely Dan, announce that his stand has enter Joseph and he will kill him if he is physically assaulted one more. This leads the gangs to find a way to battle him, which include the only time they use their mental capabilities to shrink their stands which logical as they are just compose of physic energy.

His Stand is The Lovers.
