Steely Dan is an enemy Stand User from Part 3: Stardust Crusaders. He is one of Dio Brando's henchmen, and he confronts Jotaro Kujo and his friends in Pakistan (en route to Egypt, where Dio is). Like many other Stand Users from Part 3, Steely Dan has been ordered by Dio to kill Jotato and company before they can reach Dio in Egypt. In the official American release of the manga by Viz Media, Steely Dan's name was changed to "Soul Surviver" for copyright reasons.
