Pesci is an antagonist from Part V: Vento Aureo.
Story
Very little is know about Secco, not even Diavolo was able to find concrete information regarding his pass. What we do know is that he once was a patient of Cioccolatta. His mind is now warped by the mad doctor his thoughts are of spreading suffering much like Cioccolatta and he obeys him as if he was a pet.
