Summary
Jotaro's Stand pulls out Hierophant Green but Kakyoin attacks with Emerald Splash, a technique where Hierphant Green shoots emeralds from its hands. Jojo and his stand are badly wounded. The female doctor is also injured.
Kakyoin blames him for this. Jotaro stands up, angry because of his opponent's actions. The two of them have a discussion about justice. Hierophant Green launches an Emerald Splash which Jotaro evades.
Then Jotaro's Stand unleashes his anger on Hierophant Green. The infirmary is devastated by the battle. Jotaro takes Kakyoin to bring him to Jotaro's home where Joseph may make him talk about Dio.
