Sasame Ojirou is the first antagonist of Part VIII: Jojolion.

About

A surfer he was once confronted by a man named Yoshikage Kira who somehow made him eat all of his fingers. After this incident Sasame swore revenge on Kira and was the one responsible for all the traps in the apartment room planning to attack Kira when he returned. Suspected to be the real villain, he is not Yoshikage Kira and is in fact a victim of him, he mistook Josuke for Kira which led to Josuke being attacked by Sasame.
