Mister President (ミスター・プレジデント) is a stand featured in Part V: Vento Aureo. Its user is the turtle Coco Jumbo and its name is based on German eurodance band Mr. President.

Power

Hidden Room: This is the only ability Mister President has shown. When one places a special key into the depression located on the turtle's shell, a room "within the turtle" is opened up. The room resembles that of a hotel, containing several pieces of comfortable furniture, a television set and a refrigerator holding drinks. It does not, however, include a bathroom.
