Appearance/Personality

It takes the form of a white hockey mask with a rainbow pattern. It obviously possess no personality as it is just a mask.

Powers

Rain Manipulation: Catch the Rainbow allows its user to manipulate rain in various ways, including stopping it in place and walking on it. If someone moves through the rain while its stopped, the victim is penetrated by the droplets like bullets. The user is apparently able to meld with the rain, becoming as intangible as water and nigh invincible. The downside to the ability is that it can only be used when it is raining. Blackmore even demonstrated the ability to covered the bullet holes in his body with rain drops to stop him from bleeding however any wounds stopped by using this ability, will return it when stops raining.
