Malèna
Appearance
She was a young beautiful egyptian woman with long brown hair kept in a ponytail. She had purple eyes and wore blue earrings with small gold studs attached to each. She wore a simple yellow dress with a pink with white polka dot head covering. When she bathed Polnareff she took off her dress, revealing she wore a thin one piece dress undergarment. She seemed to be voluptuous.
Personality
She was a kind young woman who seemed good with children considering how well she took care of Polnareff and handled his tantrums and had no problem taking a complete stranger to her house to take care of (even if said stranger was a child). When Polnareff saved her from Alessi, she called him his small knight, implying some level of infatuation and seemed clever enough to notice the similitarity between Polnareff and his child self but he denied it. She seemed to have grown fond of him, referring to their meeting and short time together as a dream, while holding onto Polnareff's earring that fell off. On a side note, she seemed fairly wealthy considering how large her house was but seemed rather modest.
Interestingly enough, while it was obvious Polnareff developed feelings for her (and it is safe to assume she had begun to develop some for him as well when she described him as her shining knight) he did not take the chance to flirt with her, as he genuinely cared for and respected her and didn't want her to get hurt should she get involved with him. He describes her as warm kind and a wonderful person.
Synopsis
Stardust Crusaders
After being de aged and injured by Alessi, Malena met Polnareff and was worried about his injuries. She carried him piggy back to her house, with Polnareff commenting how nice she smelled and how kind she was. Alessi watched them from afar but didn't want to be seen by another adult so hid from Malena and Polnareff and followed them to her house. She took off his clothes and then took her clothes off and beagn bathing him. He was happy to be bathed by her because of how beautiful she was and because he got to feel her chest, but due to his mind also de aging to a child h wasn't entirely sure why he was so happy. She first bathed his body, which excited him and then tried shampooing his hair. While he was hesitant and refused, she managed to distract him by winning at rock paper scissors and he complied. Alessi striked when her guard was down and turned her into a fetus, while mocking Polnareff that she wouldn't have long to live and if she died it would be his fault. Polnareff hid her in a safe location and proceeded to fight and defeat Alessi, but lost one of his earrings in the process. She returned to normal and went to find the young Polnareff while holding onto his missing earring which he accidentally left behind, as she was able to remember that he protected her. She went outside to find a grown Polnareff and asked if he had seen the small child with silver hair (which was him) and notices he looks exactly like him and even wore the same earrings but he denied it. He then told Jotaro not to tell anyone.
Trivia
She's called "Onee-san" in the Japanese artbooks, which translates roughly as older sister. In Japan, this term can be used to refer to a young woman older than oneself, regardless of familial relationship. In the anime she is given the name Malèna.
