JoJo's Bizarre Adventure: The Lighted Stage is a fanpart of JoJo's Bizarre Adventure created by Cody Allen Savoie. While it was originally revealed through concept videos in Autumn 2019, the first chapter was not published until Spring of 2020 and is still ongoing.
Set in 1967's San Francisco, the story follows Jazmine Olivia Joplin, a CIA operative investigating the deaths of various supermodels of the fashion magaziene Maison by the hand of the "Square Bizz Killer". With the help of the Maison's staff, she sets out to hunt down the killer, and in the process discovers hidden secrets of the governments project to tap into the psychedelic abilities of humanity.
The alternate ghostly versions of Eloise created by Witchy Woman are referred to as Summer Dreams in reference to the song One Summer Dream by Electic Light Orchestr.
Jaeger Meister's Stand Trapt is named after the American rock band TRAPT
Virtual Insanity's ability break apart objects into cubic divisions is in reference to the song Subdivisions by Rush.
The White Rooms created by Virtual Insanity's subdivision ability is a reference to the song "White Room" by the band Cream.
The title of Chapter 15, "Which is Which and Who is Who" is in reference to the lyrics of the song Us and Them by the British progressive rock band Pink Floyd.
The evoltion of Dream Weaver called Dream Weaver Reprise: Clockwork Angels is named after the album and song Clockwork Angels by Rush.
The concept of reprisal is based on a reprise in music in which a certain previously played passage is repeated.
Dior Brandon Lancome is inspired by Dio Brando from the mainline JoJo's Bizarre Adventure series.
The design of Dior's Stand Virtual Insanity is inspired by the design of the design of Dio's Stand The World. It's heart shaped headpiece is also possibly inspired by the design of Josuke Higashikata's Stand Crazy Diamond.
