I don't remember what I thought when I got selected to infiltrate MAISON in the hunt for the Square Biz Killer. But it sure wasn't working as a model after abandoning my government job because I got caught in the middle of their bullshit psychic arms race with fucking Russia.

Plot Summary

MAISON's 10th Anniversary Gala

In 1967, a woman is murdered in San Francisco, California in a bright flash of light. She is another victim of the Square Biz Killer, a serial killer known for having his victims cut apart with perfect right angles taken out of there body. Jazmine Joplin and Calvin James, two CIA agents, arrive in the city to investigate the recent murders by infiltrating the fashion and modeling company MAISON. They believe the killer works for the company as all of his victims have been current or previous models, and thus the two go undercover to uncover him, with Jazmine posing as an up and coming model for MAISON's 10th Anniversary Gala. At the Gala, Jazmine meets several of the company's employees such as the photographers Kurt Duffy and Weston Archer, the designer Theodore Carnaby, models Alexa Lifeson, Eloise Margot, and Sunny Cher, and finally MAISON president Ashton Upmann and his secretary Mina Moore. At the event however, a bottle of wine is spiked with a psychedelic drug known as Gypsy Eyes which can awaken the power of a Stand in those capable of handling its mind altering affects. Jazmine along with many others awaken their Stands during this event, leading Calvin to flee and consider Jazmine compromised.
