Zeed
Zeed (ジード, Jīdo) is a tertiary antagonist in Fist of the North Star. He is the leader of the eponymous biker gang Zeed that terrorized the wasteland after the nuclear war and has the letters "Z-666" tattooed on his forehead. He is noteable for being the first villain Kenshiro faces during his journey.
Zeed (gang)
The Zeed (ジード, Jīdo) are a gang of bikers who terrorized the wasteland after the nuclear war. All members weild axes and have a tattoo of the letter "Z" somewhere on their body, usually their forehead. They attacked Rin's village in an attempt to gain more supplies like water, but are ultimatley thwarted by Kenshiro.
KING Organization
The KING Organization (ＫＩＮＧ組織, Kingu Soshiki) is a group of thugs lead by Shin that serve as the main antagonistic force for the first arc of Fist of the North Star.
Southern Cross
Southern Cross (サザンクロス, Sazankurosu) is the name of a city build by Shin to show his affection and dedication to Yuria. The city serves as the stronghold for the KING Organization.
Jackal
Jackal (ジャッカル, Jakkaru) is a secondary antagonist in Fist of the North Star.
Toyo
Toyo (トヨ, Toyo) is a tertiary ally in Fist of the North Star.
Uyghur
Uyghur (ウイグル, Uiguru) is a tertiary antagonist in Fist of the North Star. Nationality: Mongolian

Kokuoh
Kokuoh (黒王, Kokuō, lit. "Black King") is a primary character in Fist of the North Star. He is Raoh's gigantic black horse who is eventually inherted by Kenshiro after Raoh's death

Kenshiro's Group
Kenshiro's Group (ケンシロウのグループ, Kenshirō no Gurūpu)[a] is the name of the prominent team of protagonists in Fist of the North Star. It consists of Kenshiro himself and all the characters who ally themselves with him during his journey along with those who help them, but don't play major roles in their achievments.
Originally a duo between Ken and Bat taking on the King Organization, the group expands with many other characters to take on larger threats to bring down Raoh, his army, and eventually the corrupt Imperial Capital of the Land of Asura.
Members
History
Kenshiro's Group started as a duo between Kenshiro and Bat, who appointed himself as Ken's sidekick during their fight against Spade. Eventually they took on all the members of the King Organization, including the leader Shin and defeated them.
Eventually the two are informed of the Golan Organization, and Ken takes them on. Ken and Bat then rescue and reconvene with Rin who was kidnapped by the organization.
