Doobie is a minor character from Part I: Phantom Blood. He is portrayed as an enemy of the protagonists.

Story

Doobie is one of the many zombies Dio creates in the village of Wind Knights Lot. Dio tries to persuade Poco's sister, Peggy, saying that her beauty will soon fade away, while she could preserve it forever by joining him, but Peggy reacts by slapping Dio. The vampire summons Doobie to take care of her, saying that, since she doesn't enjoys Dio's company, maybe she would prefer Dobbie's.

Doobie grabs the little girl and attempts to rape her, but his plan is ruined by an anvil falling on his head, thrown by Jonathan Joestar. The battle between the zombie and the ripple user begins, with Doobie managing to hurt Jojo by biting him.

It is only now that Doobie removes the sack on his head, reveling his face and his weapons: a large number of poisonous and man-eating snakes. However, Jojo manages to remove the poison from his blood by exploiting his new Hamon powers, which he inherited after Zeppeli's death.

He eventually charges Doobie's snakes with the ripple, making them eat their very own user, leading him to his death.

Appearance/Personality

Doobie is a big zombie who makes his first appearance while wearing a sack on his head, in order to conceal his secret weapons and his monstrous face. After he removes it during the battle with Jojo, his horrible head and the snakes that live in it are revealed.

Being appeared for only a few pages, Doobie's personality doesn't show any particular trait. As all zombies, he is a rather violent being, having no interest outside killing and serving his evil master.
