D&G is a major enemy from Part VI: Stone Ocean. He was an assassin hired by Enrico Pucci.
Story
In the past, D&G was a police officer who believe in Nostradamus' prophecies of the end coming at 2000. Because of this, he went around shooting several people at the start of the new millennium. Once the panic calm down he was quickly arrested and placed upon Green Dolphin Prison, its unknown if he was given his stand be Pucci or developed it.
D&G was one of the four stand users assigned to kill Jolyne in the maximum-security facilities along with Kenzo. However, due to the automatic nature of his stand, he only was staying alive while his Stand fights with Jolyne and Annasui. He finally was discovered and killed by F.F.

- Its explain in the story that D&G is held in the Maximum Security for his protection being ex-cop in prison he would otherwise get killed.
- Like his stand D&G has a soldier style helmet.
- It unknown why D&G wear and eye-patch while as when fighting with Foo Figthers he was shown to have perfectly normal looking eye under it.
