Jotaro's discs

Stand Discs: This simple and white discs with designs base on the person who memories are store. They are created from Pucci's stand White Snake. Using memories on regular humans it can create discs, however in stand user it can steal and even seal parts of there stands. This discs can be inserted in any person giving them a stand and even shown by Emporio allowed the person to bypass the one stand rule. Pucci can also give commands to people by inserting discs with information or impossible situation like die and blow up. The discs are physical objects and can be taken, hidden and even exist after White Snake is gone, its possible that Pucci searched the world for many stand user stealing there abilities and inserting them on the prisoners in Stone Ocean yet this remains unknown. And while discs are naturally indestructible they can however be inserted into a dying person causing them to slowly crumble.
