The Living Statue is the forty-sixth chapter of the JoJo's Bizarre Adventure manga. It is also the second chapter of Part II: Battle Tendency.
Summary
Speedwagon shows Straits that inside the pyramid, there are many stone masks, and above all else a man cast into a stone pillar, the writing on the wall looks like it could be the creator of the masks. Speedwagon asks Straits to destroy the creature before it wakes up, but unexpectedly Straits attacks Speedwagon and declares that the power of the hamon can not give eternal life, and this Straits wants the stone mask.
