ars as a human sized mannequin, with several screws sticking out of it's head. It has no personality until its abilities are used, it then gain the personality of who ever it was copying at the moment. While being a doppelganger of Josuke, it even made fun of its user, Toshikazu, for hitting him and hurting his hand in the process because he was made of wood, and it was smug towards Toshikazu because he was more popular with girls. However he was still willing to serve it's master without a question.

Powers

Mimicry: Surface's power is to copy the appearance of another person.

However, it's not a spiritual stand, and therefore it needs some sort of physical object to bond with. That object was usually an oversized mannequin, but it was destroyed during its fight against Josuke. However while in action, Surface takes on the appearance of another person with matching fingerprints, voice, mannerism and clothing. It is still possible to tell Surface apart from the original it copies, due to a visible screw located in the middle of the forehead.

Forced movement: The Surface can only use this power while standing face to face with the original it's copying; it forces the original to mimic its same actions. This prevented Josuke from hitting it by standing still making it impossible for him to move and strike it, even with his stand because of its limited range.
