Citations for chapters and episodes are formatted in the following way, using the Ch and Ep templates:

<ref>{{Ep|Episode 10}}</ref>
If you have multiple sentences that use the same source as the citation, add a name to the reference like below.
<ref name="SO12">{{Ch|SO Chapter 12}}</ref>
Then when using the same reference again, you just have to call the name like this:
<ref name="SO12" />
