Keicho Nijimura (虹村形兆, Nijimura Keichō), along with Bad Company, was confirmed for All-Star Battle R as the third playable DLC character on March 3, 2023,[1] and released on March 24, 2023.[2] Season Pass and Digital Deluxe Edition owners received early access to the character on March 21 PST.[4] Like the rest of the first four paid DLC characters, he is included in the game's first Season Pass, and therefore the Digital Deluxe and Ulitmate Editions of the game as well.[1]
In the English version of All-Star Battle R, the name of Keicho's Stand, Bad Company, is localized as "Worse Company", the same name used in Crunchyroll's subtitles and the English dub of the Diamond is Unbreakable anime, as well as VIZ Media's English translation of the manga.
Having neither previously appeared in All-Star Battle nor Eyes of Heaven as a playable character, Keicho has an original moveset based on his limited appearance in Diamond is Unbreakable.
Tomoyuki Shimura reprises his role as Keicho's voice actor from the Diamond is Unbreakable anime, with new audio recorded for All-Star Battle R.
Gameplay
Keicho has 900 health and uses the Stand (スタンド, Sutando) Battle Style. Unlike most other characters with the Stand Battle Style, Keicho uses his Stand Bad Company at all times, instead switching the formation of the Stand's units to dynamically change his moveset.

- When hit by Giorno Giovanna's Heart Heat Attack, Keicho yells and closes one eye, as he does when warning Okuyasu Nijimura not to approach Red Hot Chili Pepper.[5]
- When hit by Enrico Pucci's "It's an illusion." skill, Keicho stumbles backward with his arms crossed, referencing his injured pose as he explains why he needs the Bow and Arrow to Josuke Higashikata.[6]
- When summoned as an Assist by Okuyasu Nijimura, Keicho calls out his ally's name.

Commemorative Giveaway
In commemoration of the release of Keicho Nijimura as the 3rd paid DLC character for ASBR, the Japanese ASBR Twitter account hosted a giveaway of 20 sets of 3 ASBR Diamond is Unbreakable badges,[7] although only to be delivered to addresses in Japan.[8] The badges in question contained the ASBR render images of Okuyasu Nijimura, Keicho, and Josuke Higashikata respectively.
The campaign started on March 24, 2022, and lasted until April 9 at 11:59pm JST. To enter the giveaway lottery, users only had to:
- Follow the @jojo_games_jp Twitter account.
- Retweet the tweet that announced the giveaway.
However, Twitter accounts set to private were ineligible for the giveaway. Unfollowing the ASBR Twitter account before the end of the giveaway also deemed users ineligible. Furthermore, attempting to join the giveaway with multiple accounts disqualified all of the associated accounts from the giveaway.[8]
The giveaway was directly implemented by Bandai Namco themselves, with no third-party involvement, and the winners of the giveaway were notified via Twitter DMs. Said winners were announced sometime towards the end of April 2023. The gifts were delivered in mid-May 2023.[8]
