Rocco Barocco is the lead overseer of Green Dolphin Street Prison. He uses an alligator puppet to communicate in tandem with people.

Appearance/Personality

Rocco appears to be a short and stubby man, who prefers lecturing criminals via his alligator puppet. Whenever he wants to yell, he will usually do the puppet to do so.

Synopsis
